Isle of Skye
Skye has that gorgeous, haunting song. It tells the story of Bonnie Prince Charlie sheltering here
after he was defeated at Culloden Moor. We just drove across it.
Mull
We mainly just drove across Mull, on our ways to and from Iona. But I found Mull enchanting: softly rolling green green hills
peppered with sheep and black cows. (We never saw the famous shaggy red cows everyone finds so compelling.)
Iona
Iona is the island with ancient Christian roots. More about its magic on the morrow.
